Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost:

We offer Express Shipping across Pakistan for a flat rate of Rs.150/- only. Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item. To reflect the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
Shipping to most regions internationally is charged as follows:
23 USD for 1 article
28 USD for 2 articles
32 USD for 3 articles
41 USD for 4 articles
46 USD for 5 articles
54 USD for 6 articles
63 USD for 7 articles
71 USD for 8 articles
104 USD for 9-10 articles
113 USD for 11 or more articles
Charges are subject to changes for certain regions such as Australia, South America etc.
Prices are inclusive of all local taxes. Any additional customs duties or taxes on international orders will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

Note:

if parcel gets stuck in customs which it usually does not then the brand will not be responsible.
If an item is missing from the parcel, the customer must notify Crossstitch within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Domestic Shipping:

We offer Express Shipping across Pakistan for a flat rate of Rs.150/- only.  After your payment is authorized, it can take up to 2 days for us to process your order and ship it. But this is just an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan. Cross stitch holds the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during a period of high volume that includes sale, season launches, and other promotions.

International Shipping:

All international orders ship through PS/FedEx/TCS and are delivered in 10-21 working days (Once the order has been confirmed). Once your payment is authorized, it can take us up to 2 days to process your order and ship the package. This is only an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and an order tracking number (if a valid email address was supplied). During transit of your package, you may enter that number into our Order Tracking section to check your order status. Please note, any customs charges or import duties imposed are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Note to Customers:

Cross Stitch has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as but not limited to - Items being out of stock, or credit card payments declined by the issuing financial institution.
